For some reason since yesterday I'm getting reports from my customers that their envato purchase codes aren't working when opening a ticket. Just wondered if this is a know issue?
Head over to your System Settings page and go to the Envato section. You should see a button to "Reconnect Account". Click that to reconnect your Ticksy account to Envato. There are some major changes coming that requires a reconnect like this (announcement coming soon), but it shouldn't happen again!
