    First off, let me say this product is awesome.  It is by far the best support tool I have ever used and I have used them all.

    Is there a way to duplicate categories?

    I sell themes and many of the themes use the same articles, but may have one or two articles that are different.

    Right now when I add a new theme (category) I have to open every single article and manually add the article to the new category.

    I was hoping there was a better way to do this.

    Hi Danny, thanks so much for your support! (no pun intended)

    We're actually going to be designing and releasing an entirely new Article management page that will make it much easier to create, edit, duplicate, reorder, etc. Stay tuned!

    Let me know if you want any help beta testing it.  Im the lead UX designer at Home Depot, so I know a thing or two and would be happy to help.  ;)
