Hey guys! is there a way to generate monthly reports about agent's performance? It seems like right now it only day to day performance tracking. I'd love to look at my support stats on a month-to-month basis or over a selected period. Thanks!
We have been collecting data since January 1st, so once we have at least a month we will be building a Statistics page to display your data by day, week, month and eventually year. :)
