Is it possible to export my ticksy account. I dont give much use to mine anymore and I would like to backup the account and not lose the customers info, tickets, articles, files, etc.
I really don\'t have a way to export everything at this time. You CAN however export your customers via the Customers page. There\'s an Export to CSV link at the top right.
