I would need a translator to do the language file for me. Are you familiar with POEdit and translating those files? If so, you could do the translation for us and I could get it up and running in no time. We had another user translate Italian just today. :)
Wondering if you're willing doing this in Traditional/Simplified Chinese? My company is thinking about registering Ticksy as our help desk solution for the wonderful user experience, but afraid of all those English characters could be a bit difficult for our clients speaking Mandarin ONLY to use.
I'd like to make the words into Traditional Chinese so we can make that easier to spread Ticky into Chinese market.
