    Hi man,

    1. Ticksy was down again. What's going on?!?!

    2. When are going to stop it? We beleive it's time to stop implementing new features. Just make it stable! We don't need any new features at all.

    3. We didn't receive any apologies + you constantly charge our credit card. Don't you think you should compensate the outages?

    Hey Marco & Vick,

    1. This downtime was unrelated to the issues Ticksy was having before (which have been resolved). We were working on some URL security fixes and pushed out an update that contained a bug, which made the homepage (when not logged in) of your TIcksy site loop. This went unnoticed because we had been logged into our support desk at the time.
    2. Like I said, we were not implementing new features, it was a security update that went wrong.
    3. I will be sending out an email today with compensation information.
