I've wrote a big answer to the ticket and after submit nothings is happens - it simply disappears! This is happed for 2 times, please fix because this is really annoying and also take an extra time for writing the message again!
This issue remains. There are a few tickets we were replying yesterday and the day before and our replies are not visible in those tickets. But having one customer replying to one of them we assumed they are delivered and are seen on customers behalf. But I'm not sure about the last. Please, elaborate on this providing some specifics on what was happening and what is the fix. Thanks!
More than likely those customers got the email notifications, but the comments themselves were not attached to the ticket. The issue has been fixed but the issues that came out of it might still be present. So sorry about this!

Are you still experiencing this? Can you describe exactly what happens. You post a new comment and it simply doesn't display? Can you provide the ticket # that contains the comment?

Same here too.... we're having the same issue... and the same issue is here on ticksy... I posted a private ticket and now it's gone....
