Unsure if this has been asked before, but can we get an option to stop users commenting on each others tickets? Now that the support limitations are in place, we have a number of users with expired support who just fire up a public ticket and treat it as if it's a new ticket just for them. Would be a good thing to add to the settings I think?
Public tickets are kinda treated like a forum post, so anyone can view and comment. But perhaps this could be an option. Thanks for the feedback, I do like this idea!
