Unfortunately this is all with the Envato API being inconsistent. There's nothing we can do to fix it until they allow better connections to the API. It's very sporadic, it will work great one day for everyone, and then suddenly stop working. I believe this has to do with the limits they set on API connections. With people getting tickets every day, the ones with a lot start to hit those limits and the connection stops working.
Again, this is an issue on Envato's end that we have no control over.
I understand you, but I think you need to discuss this with Envanto so they will know the problem and will solve it. I've got the same problem today and yesterday, and day before yesterday, so this is not one-time problem. Also customers reports me the same problem..
Can you have this user sign out and then log back in again using the Login with Envato button? It should refresh their account and show the theme's they've purchased. If not let me know and I'll take a closer look.

Please don't tell me that this is a one-time problem from Envanto - this is happened for a long time, but now this is appears very often.

Please give it another shot. I've been improving the Envato API connections today to see if I can get these working better. Thanks!
