    How can I upload images inside ticket content?
    (using image url or upload from my pc)

    You can either paste the image directly from your clipboard or use the image uploader in the toolbar:

    Hello, I try to paste image from clipboard inside here but it does not work...

    It is very useful and fast to paste images from clipboard

    Do you plan to fix it?

    Hi Rolo,

    the smiley face was added using the insert image button and the second one was pasted from clipboard(image link).
