There are many customers told us, they can't open a new ticket. They said it's purchased code error even it's correct as I checked it.
So today, I reconnect Ticksy to Envato API again and could you please check if it's working. There are many customers complained about Ticksy down time yesterday and new ticket issue.
Try using the new verification process to see if that works better. Go to your Envato Settings panel and click the "Enable Envato Customer Verification" option. Once you do that you will see directions on how to set this up. Once completed, your customers will be able to "Login with Envato" and their purchases will be verified upon logging in. Then they can submit tickets without needing to enter purchase codes.
Once you have this setup, let me know if it's still not working!
Sorry for hijacking this thread but I would like to add that under "Envato Integration" if I turn on "Enable Envato Customer Verification" but I do not turn on customer verification for tickets then users are still asked for purchase code (without showing the purchase code field) and so they are unable to create tickets.
Now I used The new Envato Integration but there are some customers still have issue opening new ticket. Is there anyway I can check it manually if I got purchased code from customer?

Hi Guys,
Also there are many tickets which don't have verification data. For example https://themegoods.ticksy.com/ticket/896909/
Please help checking it.

HI,
I'm facing same issue. I tried use Envato Integration and Login With Envato. But user can't submit a ticket, purchase code correctly.
Definitely a slight bug there, but you must choose Tickets for verification for things to work properly.
I confirm, sometimes Ticksy is down. Purchase code is not validating, and new login method not working
Hi Justin,
Now I used The new Envato Integration but there are some customers still have issue opening new ticket. Is there anyway I can check it manually if I got purchased code from customer?
I'm going to be adding the purchase code field back in so that users can enter one manually if they need to. So both options will be available.
