If you click on the customer's name, it will display all products they've submitted tickets for, but unfortunately it won't list everything automatically (not yet anyway).
I'm sorry to reply on a closed ticket, i just wanted to tell you for a feature that we as Envato authors would like to see:
Displaying of how much licenses a customer has purchased would be a very very nice thing, as Nishant mentioned and i'm sure that all the Envato authors who use ticksy want this.
Hope that you will add this on our to-do list for the next update, please.
This is coming with the next update. When users sign up for your system, they can do so via a "Sign in with Envato" button, which will allow Ticksy to display ALL purchases from that user (of your products) on the customer's page.
I need the features above to be rolling in Ticksy.
