Is it possible if you add a new column on the Customers table page, I think having the Customer Notes as a new column would be interesting, we could export the Customers data along with the notes as well.
Having the notes in the table itself is probably not possible (too much text for the space), but exporting the notes with the CSV is DEFINITELY a fantastic idea! I'll get it on the list of to dos!
