I would like to use Ticksy as a helpdesk for my students. Is there a way to prevent sudents that don't folly my course anymore from entering my ticksy helpdesk? Any ideas on how i can use passwords or integrate ticksy in my website so that only users i choose can get access?
You can set your help desk as "Private" and then add "customers" from the Customers page. These would be your students. Once you add a student you can email them their credentials.
