I purchased the Koncept theme through theme forest and have found the theme very good.
However i have one reoccurring problem which is with the blog posts. I contacted you on the 07/07/2015 in relation to this issue. I managed to solve the problem before by re installing a newer version of the Koncept theme. Since then i deactivated the blog from my menu options and when I tried to reactivate it, the same issue came back. I did upgrade the theme again to see if this helped but its not worked this time.
The problem is that the option to add a 'featured image' keeps dropping off on my blog posts, I have looked to activate it in screen options but its not there either. See attached screen shot. It did come back as mentioned above but now its gone again so it may be a glitch.
Please can you help as its very important i get my blog working.
