    Hello, we have a website where we sell 5 products...

    Does Ticksy have a "custom field" option so when user open ticket form he can fill product name (and we can now which product is the ticket related to)?

    We have to now user operating system, excel version, etc...custom field are very important and to have more information in the ticket needed to resolve it...

    For example:
    Which Product is your feedback about? (list box with product1, product2...)
    What is your feedback about? (list box whith these options > Bug; Problem, Question, Suggestion)

    Do you have this feature?

    Not yet, but we do plan on adding custom field options soon. :)
