This is a caching issue. If you see it, simply click the "Needs Response" or "Mark as Read" button at the top of the ticket and then click it again (to set it back). This will clear the cache for that ticket. You can then refresh the page and it should load the latest content. We're working on a permanent fix for this, sorry about the confusion!

We've noticed an annoying bug: notes disappear from time to time. Why is that?
