I'd like to provide access to the HTML editor for the customers as well, since they often need to paste code, which can nicely be done with <pre> tags.
We don't offer the HTML editor at this time for customers, but your customers can choose "Code" from the format dropdown to add code to their responses: http://boxy.d.pr/h1FD6

Thank you very much! I didn't find this option taking a quick look, so I guess a dedicated "code" button may be worth considering.
