    Hello,

    We are using your ticket system and one of our clients send us feedback. I want to share it with you.

    Wow this ticket system is amazingly bad, I just typed my entire problem 2 paragraphs and it was wiped out because I had an account.  

    Can you please let me know what is the issue so i can forward to our customer.
