How to enable public tickets to be viewed for customers

    Hi guys,

    Before customers can see lists of public tickets when they landed on our support site.

    Now public tickets have gone, I went through all admin options but couldn't find the way to enable it.

    Am I missing something?

    Also can customers search for public tickets?

    Hey there sorry about that!

    This option is set: http://boxy.d.pr/Meg6

    Which means anyone not logged in with their Envato account (and verified) will not see public tickets. You need to uncheck that to enable public tickets to everyone.
